Mi riferisco al sistema SISTRI (sistema tracciabilità rifiuti) che, nonostante sia già stato oggetto di diversi rinvii per la sua applicazione (ed è inevitabile un ulteriore rinvio !), ha completamente sconvolto (senza alcun risultato positivo, anzi !) le modalità della gestione dei rifiuti, senza poi tener conto delle diverse irregolarità denunciate dagli operatori (si veda ad esempio il ricorso al TAR delle società di software).
