Bisignano a straight on the machine directive. I work in an incinerator that burns waste to generate electricity. A similar plant is under revamping and we bought some new machines that we have assembled to form the plant. Now we do risk assessment of the new machine (the assessment required for the RES of course) and the question arises how "marked" and how to manage the CE . What we would like to understand (and I wish I helped them to understand) and if I must certify the new CE machine or just compile a technical file and test that I have to decide where to begin and where does the machine inside the plant.

You must make the declaration of conformity for all applicable on!
and satisfy all conditions (RESS) of All The New Approach Directives.
From what you write, "CE mark" the whole (the system), not just the machines or parts
... It must do all those who put in operation. Required by Article 3 D already Decree 17/2010. So
