:

In fact it creates a stalemate and the only ones who gain are the lawyers.

second case: the manufacturer
the machine returns the machine to the customer. The customer because of the crisis can not pay the car as agreed in the order and tried to send them back. Obviously the manufacturer refuses and claims her.
