course (for me) I attended (in Rome) to one of hundreds of events held today (February 13, 2011) under the slogan "If not now, when?".
Why I say this? Why
resume again the title of a great book of Levi?
Why should assume their responsibilities.
Why can not expect that other / s to solve our problems. Because if the current
Sistri sucks, it's up to us (or rather, to you, operator ori) propose a system to function.
Because if certain provisions of the ADR (or RID or AND. Or the IMDG Code or the ICAO TI) does not go well, it's up to us (or rather, to you, operator ori) to propose the necessary changes.
Because if we do not think we (or rather, you, operator ori), maybe someone else will take care of / or according to their interest (not necessarily coincide with our / your).
