Fix Broken Capiliaries

What to do when our customers need to build support for the technical file, but it must do so for a large number of different products? Mica is unthinkable that we can spend a substantial figure for this.

some time we try to solve it this way:
part of the risk assessment process we do together, with their technical department, with a speech at the customer two to three days.
In this way the engineering department takes possession of the method and knowledge, and can use us only for complex issues or cases of doubt, or contact with the notified body.
