We have seen that sometimes the customer, especially if it is a multinational company, wants more. Documentation relating to such claims of compliance to national, who perhaps are different from Italian ones, and are not subject to harmonization: eg fire regulations.
We're doing some experience, flexibility and speed of execution (it's always yesterday ...).
